My Background
Tany Adams - Strategies for Life Owner & Coach
Tany Adams is an ICF-certified Life Coach trained by the Life Purpose Institute and the founder of Strategies for Life, established in 2015. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families live with intention and clarity. Through thoughtful conversation, practical tools, and compassionate guidance, Tany helps clients dig deeper to identify their goals, rediscover their dreams, and begin living a life designed on purpose rather than by default.
With a focus on personal growth and meaningful change, Tany supports clients in areas such as career development, conflict resolution, and mediation coaching. Her approach encourages reflection, accountability, and forward movement, empowering clients to make thoughtful decisions that align with their values and long-term vision.
Through Strategies for Life, Tany works to create supportive coaching experiences that help people strengthen relationships, navigate transitions, and build a more fulfilling future for themselves and their families.
Tany was previously a Federal Ombudsman, is an author and the Executive Director for the Center for Generational Family Engagement.
